Married elsewhere, but want the perfect, exclusive venue for your Reception, Wedding Breakfast and party? From 1pm, Trenderway becomes entirely yours — every indoor and outdoor space for a Wedding Reception’ seating up to 105 for your Wedding Breakfast, and welcoming up to 200 or more by arrangement, for the evening party, all set in our restored barns and our large, gently sloping courtyard.
It’s the package built for couples who’ve already said their vows, in a church, a registry office, or somewhere else entirely, and want an ideal venue for their celebrations afterwards.

Every indoor and outdoor space at Trenderway — barns, courtyard, gardens and grounds is reserved for your Reception and Party alone, with room to move from drinks and dining straight into an evening on the dancefloor.

One night of five-star B&B accommodation in our Meadow Barn Suite is included for the two of you on your wedding night.
A drinks service built around you.
Choose from our extensive Reception drinks list, with full bar service across both our bars for the evening. Prefer to bring your own? You can, with no Drinks Service Charge (Corkage) up to the end of your Wedding Breakfast.**

Extend your stay with one or two further nights of five-star B&B (up to six extra en-suite rooms for your guests) at additional cost, shaped around what you need.

IS RECEPTION & MORE RIGHT FOR US?
If your ceremony is already sorted — a church wedding, a registry office, a different venue entirely — but you want the Reception and party afterwards to be unforgettable, this is for you. From 1pm, the whole of Trenderway is exclusively yours — barns, courtyard and grounds — for your Reception and evening celebration, without paying for a ceremony space you don’t need.
What does it look like on the day?
Think barn doors open to the courtyard, guests drifting between spaces as the light changes, and a venue that was built to hold a celebration rather than squeeze one in. Because nothing else is happening at Trenderway that weekend, your morning-of has room to breathe, your evening can run late, and your goodbye the next day isn’t a rushed handover to the next couple.

Common questions
How much does Reception & More cost?
Venue prices start from £5,495 for a 2026 low season weekday, up to £8,195 for a 2028 high season weekend, with weekend dates priced £1,000 higher than weekdays. Food and drink are arranged separately to suit your budget.
Is the venue really exclusively ours?
Yes. From 1pm on the day, you have exclusive use of every indoor and outdoor area at Trenderway for your Reception and Party — no other wedding runs alongside yours.
How many guests can we invite?
Up to 105 guests for a seated wedding breakfast, and up to 250 for your evening party, all in the Linhay Barn.
Do we need to arrange our own catering?
No, we can help with all of this but you control exactly what you want, of course, in terms of style, menu and budget. Catering is organised either through our recommended suppliers or independently — modest extra charges apply if you use your own caterers and they need use of our professional kitchens.
Drinks packages are available to cover drinks during the day and the Wedding Breakfast. Evening drinks run through our own bar service and are charged separately too; the venue price doesn’t include any food or drink costs.
Does this package include a ceremony?
No — Reception & More covers your Wedding Reception and Party only, from 1pm. If you’d also like your ceremony at Trenderway, take a look at The Trenderway Wedding or Ceremony & More instead.
Can our guests stay overnight?
One night’s five-star B&B in the Meadow Barn Suite is included for the two of you. Further nights and up to six additional en-suite rooms for guests are available at extra cost.
Can we book Reception & More on a weekday?
Yes — it’s available on weekends and weekdays, year-round.
