Late Availability

• Ceremony, reception and evening party and the Meadow Barn Couples Suite for two nights, with an extra ensuite room on the first night, so you can be separate on your wedding eve!
• Access for set up in Mowhay / Linhay Barns from 2pm on Day 1.
• Bar open for you, from 5pm-10pm, the night before the wedding. 
• Two bars, fully staffed and stocked with an option to have both open for your guests at larger evening capacity events.
• Conservatory available for guests staying at the B&B for evening take away.
• Ceremony in Mowhay / Linhay Barns from midday Day 2 onwards.
• Bar open from 6pm until 11:30pm. Cash or card payments accepted.
• No corkage fee – bring your own until the bar opens.
• Access to clear down in Mowhay / Linhay Barns Day 3 until midday.
• Wedding Coordinator on the Wedding Day.
• Our stock of house chairs and tables 
• Our hand made rustic benches, for your indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony 
• A selection of decorations including a cake knife for you to use.
• Garden furniture.
• Use of our PA system for background music. 
• Room for 250 for the evening party. 
• No extra charge for evening guests.

• Optional £250 for early bar opening.
• £300 surcharge for Ceremonies before 12.00 noon.
• Late licence available for £300.
• Guest Accommodation: £1550.00 for 5 en suite rooms for two nights (£155.00 per room per night).
